Team news for Saturday's Championship clash between Barnsley and Leicester at Oakwell.

Barnsley manager Keith Hill will be without at least four injured players for the home clash.

Midfielder Goran Lovre recently sustained a knee injury in training and will be sidelined for a month, while strikers Craig Davies and Reuben Noble-Lazarus and defender Miles Addison are not ready to return.

Davies (groin), Noble-Lazarus and Addison (both ankle) missed the goalless draw at Millwall before the international break.

Forward Ricardo Vaz Te (thigh) is not ready to add to his three appearances since joining the Tykes in the summer and midfielder Nathan Doyle (groin) is another of Hill's key players who has been struggling for full fitness in recent weeks.

Hill told the club's official website: "We've put in some great work on the training pitch in preparation for the Leicester game. We are looking forward to it."

Jermaine Beckford is poised to make his Leicester debut with David Nugent set to be sidelined for another three weeks.

Nugent limped out of the home win over Southampton prior to the two-week international break with a hamstring injury.

Manager Sven-Goran Eriksson named an unchanged starting XI against Saints following a draw at East Midlands rivals Nottingham Forest but Nugent's injury means there will be an alteration, with Beckford expected to come into the team.

Beckford joined the Foxes right at the end of the transfer window from Everton.

Defender Michael Ball is a doubt after sustaining a calf injury in training but Michael Johnson has resumed full training after a niggle and the midfielder could be in contention.
